Alshaya Group is hiring a store resident trainer in Qatar. Here you will be acting as the ultimate brand ambassador managing the education and development of Retail Artists and Managers within your specific retailer. Through both physical and virtual training, you will up-skill your team whilst ensuring that the Learning Management System is accurately managed and fulfilling its maximum potential. Working in collaboration with your Charlotte Tilbury Counterpart (Field Training Manager) and Store Manager, you will ensure there is a devised plan and strategy for your area for which you are accountable to deliver.

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking direction from the Field Education Manager, support the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across:
  • Facilitate comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and artistry skills, including induction, ongoing development, and new product launches.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide targeted coaching and development to improve skills and drive results.
  • Utilize our Learning Management System to track and analyze training completion, engagement, and impact.
  • Actively seek feedback from team members and managers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with store and area managers to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and implement local training initiatives to address specific needs and challenges.
  • Identify and develop high-potential individuals to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • By effectively executing these responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall success of the team and the brand.
  • In-Store Training: Conduct focused in-store training sessions with clear objectives, measurable KPIs, and actionable follow-up plans.
  • Virtual Training: Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions to ensure consistent and accessible learning opportunities.
  • Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable customer insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Area Meetings: Support area meetings led by Field Training Managers, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Leading by Example: Demonstrate exceptional performance in-store and online during events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
