As a Customer Happiness Executive, the candidate will be the face of our organization, responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. You will engage with the customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador for the brand, providing top-notch customer support through calls, emails, and chat interactions.
  • Actively listen to customers’ queries, and concerns, and give feedback to them, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Engage customers with delightful conversations, building rapport and trust through your friendly and positive demeanour.
  • Follow up with all open cases and queries which are not limited to customer queries on packages, operational queries, payment, and technical queries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring the information is readily accessible for future reference.
  • Upsell the membership product upon customer interest (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Cross-sell our Buy4me product upon customer requirement (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Trace the last mile status of the orders and ensure the delivery followed within the time frame.
  • Ensure to update the status of delivery in the Salesforce system.

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer support in Kuwait
  • Sales Force experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer-centric and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
